Terms & Conditions

Same-Day Delivery - Tuesday to Saturday
 

Orders must be received before 12pm in QLD time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following business day. 

There are some locations due to their remoteness that are not listed for same day delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and invite you to give us a call to see if we are able to arrange delivery to your location.  

Please be sure to select the correct suburb in the delivery locations list, as it may result in incorrect shipping fees. Incorrect shipping selection will result in us calling you and charging you for the correct delivery amount plus an administrative fee of $10. If we are unable to contact you to rectify the shipping selection error, we will be unable to proceed with the delivery.

Should this be the case our florist may contact the recipient to arrange. If you don’t want the recipient to be called, please nominate yourself as the primary contact.

Please make sure someone will be available to receive the delivery or ensure there is a safe place for the delivery to be left. If there is no one to receive the delivery & the delivery person deems there is no safe place to leave the delivery, it will be taken back to the store to be picked up by the customer the next business day. We can re-attempt delivery the following business day at the cost of a new delivery. We will contact you to arrange this.

We will do our best to ensure your delivery is physically received by the recipient or left in a safe place, however, once it has been delivered, the responsibility of the products in the delivery is longer ours. 

Flower deliveries to residential addresses usually occur from 2pm, and flower deliveries to work addresses usually occur between 2pm and 5pm. Please note that these delivery times will likely be extended during busy floral events including (but not limited to) Mother's Day, Valentine's Day and Christmas.

If the flowers are for a timed event (for example, a funeral or business function), we will do our best to assist. However, we strongly recommend that you provide us with an alternative address so the flowers can be delivered elsewhere if too late for the timed event.

Due to the Nature of the products supplied, there will always be variation in the visual aesthetics of the arrangements due to seasonal and growers' availability.

We need you to trust in the professional creative process by our qualified florist to provide you with beautiful arrangements. This is our Art! 

Hilltop Blooms will endeavour to provide as close as possible to what is pictured. Any substitutions will be of equal or higher value to what is pictured.

Due to the nature of the product's seasonal availability, natural variations and care/lifespan ratio, we are unable to refund or replace arrangements you have received.

Refunds and Replacements on our other products and goods are covered under Australian Consumer Law.
